Sie stellen sich zun\u00e4chst in unserer Praxis in der 3. Etage vor. Meist haben Sie eine \u00dcberweisung vom Hausarzt bekommen. Handelt es sich um keinen Notfall, haben Sie \u00fcber unsere Anmeldung idealerweise einen Termin vereinbart. Neben der k\u00f6rperlichen Untersuchung erfolgen dann je nach Krankheitsbild weitere Untersuchungen wie Ultraschall von Bauch, Schilddr\u00fcse oder Gelenken, Duplexsonographie von Venen und Arterien, R\u00f6ntgendiagnostik oder eine endoskopische Untersuchung.<\/p>\n<p>Alle kleineren chirurgischen Eingriffe oder andere chirurgische Ma\u00dfnahmen wie Ver\u00f6dungen, Punktionen und Verbandswechsel werden in speziellen Eingriffsr\u00e4umen und Sprechzimmern der Praxis durchgef\u00fchrt. Alle gr\u00f6\u00dferen Eingriffe mit Narkose erfolgen in unserer Klinik in der 4. Narkosearzt (\u201ePr\u00e4medikation\u201c) ein bis zwei Tage vor einer geplanten Operation durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Wir informieren Sie dann nochmals umfassend \u00fcber Ihre Erkrankung, die geplante Untersuchung oder Operation. Wir sind au\u00dferdem gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet, vor jedem gr\u00f6\u00dferen Eingriff Ihre schriftliche Zustimmung einzuholen. Bevor Sie unterschreiben kl\u00e4rt Sie der Arzt \u00fcber den Eingriff, m\u00f6gliche Risiken und Behandlungsalternativen auf. Eine Kopie der schriftlichen Aufkl\u00e4rung ist f\u00fcr ihre Unterlagen bestimmt.
